Returns Policy

How to Initiate a Return

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and shipping address in Jaipur, India.

Exceptions

Custom-made jewellery, engraved items, or personalized products cannot be returned.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or not in their original packaging may be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund upon receipt at our warehouse after you initiate the return.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
